Refund policy

We offer returns for orders within 7 days of receipt of purchase.  Original shipping fee plus return shipping costs which include insurance are at the expense of the customer and will be deducted from the total refund.

Please email info@gracekjewelry.com with your order number and item description for a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return shipping label.

Custom orders including special order sizes and any personalized items cannot be returned.  All discounted/on sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  Gift card purchases cannot be refunded.

Items must be unworn and in original packaging to be accepted for a refund. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender’s expense).

All returns must be received within 10 days of receiving a RA number. Any orders returned without a RA number will be refused.
